En-suite to bedrooms 2 and 3 with shower and WC (bed 3 no WC).

Kitchen:

The large open plan Kitchen has cooker, microwave, large fridge/ freezer, Miele washing machine and dishwasher. Very well equipped. There is a substantial covered summer kitchen seats 14 with large BBQ and pizza oven, also fridge and another cooker.

Utility Room:

Utility has ironing board with iron and a hoover and various cleaning materials. Here you will find the heating and hot water controls and it is also used as a larder.

Living Rooms:

Spacious and high ceilinged open plan living room with 3 sofas and 3 armchairs. TV with sky free channels with a DVD player and many DVDs. Harman/Kardon HiFi radio and CD player. We have a grand piano Steck and for winter there is a large fire place.

Accessibility:

There is access to the ground level by car, so the property is accessible for a handicapped person. There are 2 ground floor bedrooms in the annex and the living area on the ground floor in the main house makes easy access possible. This downstairs access is also useful for off-loading shopping immediately into the kitchen.
